Found a must-have item from Welvira? Great!

Select a color and/or size and click on ‘Add to cart’. Of course, you can continue shopping as long as you like. You can always return to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right corner.

Please note: Items in your shopping cart are not reserved.
Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click the ‘shopping bag icon’ in the top right corner to view your Welvira items. On the next screen, you can still adjust quantities if needed. Then click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
You’ll now land on the checkout page. You can fill in all your details on a single page.
⚠️ Note: Once you complete your order, it cannot be changed, as it is immediately processed to ensure the fastest possible delivery.


1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Welvira covers all shipping costs – so you pay no shipping fees.*
* Return shipping costs are at your own expense.


2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all orders with Track & Trace.
You’ll receive a link to the order status page via email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: it may take a short while before the tracking status becomes available.


3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Welvira aims to deliver as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly by our suppliers.
Average delivery time: 10 to 15 business days.


4. I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY – WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a Bpost location.
You’ll receive a notification from the driver, including the pickup location.
After 7 days, Bpost will return the package to our warehouse.


5. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct.
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a short window to correct any address errors.
If you believe you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.


6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

Welvira is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your Track & Trace shows that your package was delivered to your address, but you did not receive it, please notify us.
We will initiate an investigation with Bpost 14 days after the listed delivery date and keep you informed throughout the process.
